DDS Lab’s business is expanding and is now hiring for experienced dental lab professionals. If you are an experienced Crown & Bridge Technician looking for an exciting opportunity, this position is for you!
The selected individual will be responsible for incoming and outgoing Quality Control of all crown and bridge, cosmetics, and implant products. Additionally, he/she will communicate with doctors on technical cases, troubleshoot problems, handle minor repairs and implement programs to reduce remakes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate all incoming impressions and outgoing product.
- Trouble shoot problem cases, work with doctors on resolution.
- Repair crown and bridge cases.Represent DDS Lab at seminars, technical talks and/or company trainings.
Requirements:
- Strong porcelain skills required with CDT or MDT preferred.
- Ability to construct a crown from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills in crown and bridge with the ability to speak with doctors on case planning and/or troubleshooting.

Removable Lab Technician
We are seeking an experienced Removable Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, the selected individual will be responsible for incoming and outgoing quality control of removable prostheses and implant products. Primary focus is setting teeth for removable prosthetics. Communicate with doctors on technical cases, troubleshoot problems, and implement programs to reduce remakes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Trouble shoot problem cases.
- Consult with doctors and patients on-site to provide solutions.
- Set teeth in removable prosthetics.
- Handling minor adjustment on-site, adjustments or add-ons from doctors.
Requirements:
- CDT with knowledge in removable prosthetics
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to partner with doctors on case planning and/or troubleshooting
Lab Technician – Ortho
Responsible for incoming and outgoing Quality Control of orthodontic appliances. Primary focus is final adjustments, case consultation and quality control. Communicate with doctors on technical cases, troubleshoot problems, and implement procedures to reduce remakes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Trouble shoots problem cases.
- Consult with doctors to provide solutions.
- Quality control, incoming and outgoing.
- Ability to make final adjustments.
- Wire-bending ability required.
Requirements:
- CDT strongly preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills and knowledge in orthodontics appliances.
- Ability to work with doctors on case planning and/or troubleshooting.
Orthodontic Lab Manager
Responsible for supervising Orthodontic Lab team and ensuring incoming and outgoing quality control of orthodontic appliances. Oversee final adjustments, case consultation and quality control. Communicate with doctors on technical cases, troubleshoot problems, and implement procedures to reduce remakes. Represent DDS Lab, Inc. at seminars, technical talks and/or company trainings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage orthodontic repair and manufacturing teams.
- Develop and implement procedures to reduce turnaround times and percentage of remakes.
- Trouble shoots problem cases and consults with doctors to provide solutions.
- Responsible for quality controls for both incoming and outgoing cases.
- Make final adjustments.
- Interface and provide guidance and direction to partner labs on production standards.
- Handle minor adjustment on-site, adjustments or add-ons from doctors.
Requirements:
- Prior lab management experience and knowledge in orthodontics appliances.
- Certified Dental Technician-CDT strongly preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with doctors on case planning and/or troubleshooting. Wire-bending ability required.
Web Developer / IT Manager
The manager of website development (webmaster) and information technology is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all websites, development, website architecture, hosting and management, security, and overall planning for marketing websites, customer web portal, and internet strategies. Responsible for website planning, online website product and technology presentation, new customer engagement, coordination IT development team, management of outside vendors and budget. Develop weekly/monthly website traffic analysis with Marketing Team. The website and IT manager will partner with key business units to help develop web execution plans that will optimize and enhance the company’s web presence and customer web portal.
Multiple duties include assisting in third party applications, CRM, and system support, analyzing systems and processes; maintaining workstations and network.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage website development for the web portal and marketing websites.
- Developer creates technical designs for client web portal based on client specifications, develops and tests application modules, evaluates corporate operating processes and recommends efficiency improvement options.
- The developer also performs or coordinates web portal updates and discusses problems with technical staff and management.
- Collaborate with marketing team to revise design and layout and adjust to new viewer and search trends.
- Monitor, track, and report on paid search metrics, including trend analysis.
- Develop usage and traffic reports.
- Provide support for search engine optimization recommendations.
- Interact with copywriter and web service manager to optimize copy and landing pages for Search Engine Marketing.
- Revise pages and content.
- Develop and create effective design for new websites.
- To develop web page infrastructure and application related to pages with more advanced graphics and features.
- Review website content for relevance and timeliness; update out-of-date information; perform quality checks to eliminate broken links, functionality errors and 404 errors.
- Provide Website support to Marketing, Sales, Support and Product Management team members and assist in reporting and troubleshooting Website problems (with external developers as needed).
- Develop and manage SEO, SEM and PPC programs with Marketing Team.
- Achieve optimum ROI (Return On Investment) for individual active search terms for each of the major search engines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on relevant website development and project management and marketing experience.
- 5+ years of web marketing and marketing management experience.
- 2+ years’ experience with ASP.Net/IIS development.
- Principle database functions and SQL queries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective online marketing strategy and implement supporting tactics.
- SEO practices and principals.
- Attention to detail.
- BA in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems or equivalent combination of experience.
- Comprehension and application examples of the changing principles of web design.
- Salesforce administration and experience a plus.
- Must have solid understanding of web site design, user interface design principles, usability testing, and site technologies.
- Excellent English skills, good organizational skills, flexible, and an eye for detail and consistency.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), leadership, listening and influencing skills.
- Must have an analytic and data-oriented mindset and a demonstrated history of using data analysis to inform actionable recommendations.
