Eric Seward, Marketing Manager

As DDS Lab’s Marketing Manager, Eric Seward is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy and customer acquisition programs. He successfully integrates interactive pieces like online advertising and viral marketing with traditional print and public relations to increase brand awareness and grow DDS Lab’s customer base. Eric brings over 10 years of experience in marketing, the last six of which have focused entirely on interactive marketing and customer acquisition.

Prior to joining DDS Lab, Eric held positions in field marketing management for H&R Block’s retail tax division. There he managed user acquisition including search engine marketing, search engine optimization and affiliate programs. Before working at H&R Block, he held the position of Marketing & Product Manager for Southwest Airlines. There he was instrumental in developing a new product marketing strategy that significantly increased overall gross revenues for the company. Eric was also responsible for driving strategy for the business intelligence and web analytics efforts.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from Rhodes College and his MBA from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business.
