Wol-Ceram
Wol-Ceram® uses industry-proven Vita In-Ceram Alumina and Zirconia materials to fabricate copings, bridges, and implant abutments using Electro-Layering technology. This CAD/CAM technology produces substructures for the application of the veneering porcelains. The formed matrix substructure is then infiltrated with glass to achieve a solid mass. Versatility describes the Wol-Ceram product. Most preparation types can be used with this product. DDS Lab follows specific technical procedures to create margins in “feather edge” design as well as the typical “shoulder/chamfer” style restorations.
