We at DDS Lab are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to both our Website (www.DDS Lab.com), including our mobile application (MyDDSLab.com App). This Privacy Policy governs our data collection, processing and usage practices. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. Some identifying personal information or protected health information about dental patients may be collected on this website solely for transactional and customer service purposes. This information is provided to us by licensed dental professionals and includes patient name, age, gender, chart number and all pertinent information needed to manufacture dental prosthetics.

1. HubSpot

DDS Lab uses the HubSpot Subscription Service to build webpages that people can visit to learn more about our business. DDS Lab acknowledges that you have the right to access your Personal Information. DDS Lab controls and is responsible for correcting, deleting or updating information we have collected from you using the HubSpot Subscription Service. If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

When You Visit our Website

You are free to explore our Website without providing any Personal Information about yourself. When you visit the Website and submit a form, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.

 

When You Use our Mobile Application

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile App on your mobile device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. In addition to information we collect on our Website, when you use our Mobile App we may also collect your city location, device model and version, device identifier (or “UDID”), OS version.

We send push notifications from time to time in order to update you about events or promotions. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may turn them off at the device level.

We may link information we store within the analytics software to Personal Information you submit within the Mobile App. We do this to improve services we offer you and improve our marketing, analytics and site functionality.
