DDS Lab in Partnership with TrueDent

The DDS Lab Lens on 3D Printed Dentures

The current state of delivering dentures to patients is cumbersome, often inaccurate and expensive for the dental laboratory, office and patient. As a leader in digital dentistry, DDS Lab has vetted multiple 3D Printed technologies as they have been commercialized.

After careful evaluation with our partners, DDS Lab will begin offering TrueDent to interested, digitally enabled, customers for Immediate and Copy Denture workflows.

TrueDent shortens the denture workflow compared to other conventional manufacturing techniques. With fewer appointments and less chair time, your costs are reduced, and profits are increased with each denture.

As a leader in digital dentistry, DDS Lab has vetted multiple 3D Printed technologies as they have been commercialized. While evaluated technologies addressed some of the hurdles associated with traditional analog workflow, they often introduced their own complexities

As a result, DDS Lab was historically hesitant to transition its customer base to these technologies.

Fewer Appointments and Less Chair Time

Shorter 3D Printer Digital Workflow with TrueDent

Monolithic 3D Print, base and teeth are fabricated as a single unit, enables highly accurate occlusal planes resulting in better fit, form and function.

Accurate dentures provide several key benefits, including a better fit and greater comfort for the patient. They also reduce the risk of breakage and minimize the need for post-delivery adjustment appointments, making the overall experience more efficient and convenient for both the patient and the dental practice.
