While we work seamlessly with our customers 98% of the time, there are occasions when remakes are necessary. Here’s how to streamline the remake process:
Shade Changes or Fractures:
Email your request to digitalremake@ddslab.com. Our team can immediately pull the original digital records and begin the remake.
Changes to Fit, Form, or Function:
You will need to re-impress the patient to ensure accuracy.
If you’d like to opt out of 3D-printed resin models and continue receiving traditional stone models, just let us know. Our Customer Care team is here to update your preferences and answer any questions.
