- Submit your case through your intraoral scanner
- Add “Digital Design Review Requested” or “DesignVault” in your Rx notes
- Our team completes the design and shares it if review is needed
- We proceed with production

Using DesignVault™ for Chairside Printing?
We can design specifically for your in-office printing system—so your results match what you expect.
If you plan to print in-office, simply note that in your Rx and specify your printer platform.
Our design team will calibrate the case to your system—helping ensure proper fit, function, and results.
No additional setup required.
How to Request Chairside Design:
- Submit your case as usual
- Add “Chairside Printing” in your Rx notes
- Specify your printer (e.g., Formlabs, SprintRay)
- We handle the design based on your system
