Our implant and CAD/CAM departments continue to grow as we rapidly expand our business in these areas. Our Dental Technicians average over 26 years of industry experience, and many of them are Certified Dental Technicians.
As a full-service lab, DDS Lab hires Dental Technicians in a range of specializations including Removables, Fixed, Ortho, Implant and CAD/CAM.
Technician openings can vary in their type of duties. For example, Quality Control Technicians help execute the six-point quality inspection process. Technical Consultants communicate and troubleshoot cases with our small, medium and large dental practices all over the United States. Quality Control Technicians can move to a Technical Consultant role. One year assignments abroad in our Shenzhen, China lab are available from time to time.
With a comprehensive line of more than 400 products and tens of thousands of cases shipped each month, DDS Lab offers a stimulating fast-paced production environment. Change is a constant at DDS Lab as process improvements are always needed to keep up with our increased sales volume. As a testament to our growth, the Tampa, FL, headquarters space doubled in 2016.
Positions such as Shipping & Data Clerk and Quality Assurance are available for individuals with no dental experience. There are career paths for non-technicians as well as for technicians.
DDS Lab sells to some of the top names in the dental industry. Our customers range from small one-office practices to large multi-state companies. We can be a one-stop shop for customers since we have a comprehensive line of more than 400 products. We sell Removables, Crowns and Bridges, Implants and Orthodontic appliances.
Inside Sales and Customer Service are based in our Tampa, FL headquarters. Outside Field Sales Representatives are located across the United States to be close to our customer base. Career paths exist from Customer Service to Inside Sales to Field Sales.
This multi-national company established in 2005 has a great deal to offer professionals in the Tampa Bay area. With our other location in Shenzhen, China, many department leaders have the opportunity to travel internationally.
Our Information Technology team is constantly pushing boundaries with “My DDS Lab”, our industry-leading online service portal and new mobile apps. Our Marketing team is on the forefront of social media while also creating campaigns that appeal to our large and small B2B customer base. We regularly employ Sales, Business and Data Analysts to help decipher the best way to grow our company. Human Resources and Training are kept busy with new employees and corporate culture initiatives. Our U.S. Finance department leads accounting, finance and purchasing throughout the business.
